WMP11 is so stoopid !!

Hi all, i don't know if u've notice but wmp11 is strange. I mean i have dozens of songs and it updates the track names and albums automatically for me but the end-result is not good. i had an eminem song i think it's 'welcome to detroit' and when the update was done the album art showed a cowboy..WTF ? that was not the cover art for eminem's album also i had errors on many other songs including akon which showed some weird masked dude on the cover....this has nothing to do with microsoft right ? or is this a problem with the music store im synching with..its napster i think...lol..
 
Most likely, it's not either. It's generally soemthing on your part. Things like that tend to be a little tempermental if your labeling isn't perfect. A lot of people tend to be lax these days which make it hard for the computer to do its part.

Make sure that ALL of your information is updated (using the included TAG Editor) using the EXACT names on the back of the CD Cover. That also includes the name of the Album too. Make sure it is ALL perfect, and then try to re-update your album info. If not, psh, who cares? You can just go in and change it manually. It takes...what...10 seconds? Not hard.

BTW, why are you using WMP 11? Aren't you a SuSe user?
 
yeah im a suse10.2 user and im using amarok and it updates will few error. minors. but i also have a windows machine so thats why im telling you. do you see me posting suse errors ?..unlikely
