WMS idle problem

hey, every time i try to shut down my computer i get a WMS idle not ressponding error message, and i wont shut down unless if i click end now!

ive tried to repair office 2007 and that didnt work!

any ideas ?

Have you got Nero installed?
Other sites have given this as an answer
Go to MSCONFIG and removing NMBgMonitor.
 
ok, the problem was nero essentials, and if i uninstall it, it solves the problem but as soon as i re-instal it the problem permists!

would upgrading to a better nero solve the problem, thanks

There's only one choice :P

So just install a newer version :D

Click Start then Run, type in MSCONFIG and go to the Start Up tab. Look for NMBgMonitor and untick it. It may save you updating NERO.
