WMV Media files

Why is it for some WMV files, I can scroll through the file and fast forward, but some are unable to be fast forwaded (I must go through the entire file to see the end). Are these files corrupted?

might be able to help you out and answer some questions of yours

its sounds like its corrupted, missing seek, or they encoded it so that it wont allow that.
