WON (wake on lan) how to setup

Its in System CMOS Settings
Usually accessed by pressing DEL or F2 or some other key at system startup
Sometimes known as Bios Setup
 
yes i know you have to first turn it on in bios, but what after that, i read you install wol program on your console pc that sends a magic address to your client pc and it will hopefully turn on the pc
 
ive downloaded and installed WOL the wol program and when i add machine i know the following thigs it asks me for the wol machine

IP OR computer name:robert-aida

mac address:00242306ED02

Broadcast address:???

port:65534
