Very simple problem, I hope the solution is also. Basically, my computer wont read discs. When I put a disc into the tray, it doesn't load anything or show that the computer reads the drive itself. I tried going through My Computer but after clicking every available drive, it says "Please insert a disc into drive..." Also, when I go to the Device Manager page through System Properties, it shows in both of my Drive Status windows "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device." Please help!
