Wont wake from sleep

Hi folks, got my daughter a cheap rubbish laptop for he to play on (she is only 8) how ever, it has went into sleep mode and will not wake up, i have tried holding in the power button till it turns off, then turning back on, pressed every button on the keyboard, nothing is working, the laptop does power on but its in a very deep sleep it would seem, the laptop it a HP studio beats, ave looked on line and only thing i have found is that some HP laptops come with a sleep button, however i can not find one on her laptop, its only a year old.

any help would be greatful
 
Try removimg the battery and then reconnecting it. If it is in sleep it wi interrupt it.

Otherwise it is a hardware issue
