word 2003 print margin

this must sound like a complete super noob question, but i printed off my CV on microsoft office word 2003, and the page borders seem to be cut off at the bottom of the page all the time, I cannot think how to extend the print margins, so that it is printed, lol i cant seem to figure it out.

I've messed around with some margin settings, but they must be for somethink else cause it hasnt worked.

please help, I need my CV to be as good as possible,

You probably need to adjust settings in your printer's properties rather than in Word.

A couple of things to think of:

Does the paper size set in Word correspond to the one set in your printer?

If the borders you are referring to in Word run too close to the edge of the paper, then you might have to adjust the printer. Some printers have the option to "minimize margins" (for example, my Epsons all do). This will tell the printer to go ahead and print things that are really close to the edge of the paper.
