Word Document causing computer crash?

Every time I open one particular Word document, my computer crashes within a few minutes. I have to reboot then have another few minutes before it does it again. I don't have the problem with any other documents. I've tried copying the data into a new document, but this doesn't solve it. I've checked the file using Housecall from Trend Micro and got the "all clear". Any ideas? I'm using XP Home SP2.
 
Where did you get the file from/what virus protection do you have? It could be infected with a macro virus... when you open, does it tell you that the file contains macros and ask whether they should be allowed to run?
