I have MS Word 2003, when I press SHIFT the letter goes to the left insted of to the right, so it goes in betwwen the letters that I wrote already. how can I fix it??

Shift is to make capital letters. What are you actually trying to do?

I am trying to puta capital letter or the numbers above like $ sign, then it goes left betwwen the letters

Try a different keyboard.

Yes I agree with John. Try a known good keyboard and the problem goes way, it only means that you have a defective keyboard. That's the simplest troubleshooting that you can try for now.
