Workload

i have to make a timetable schedule thing for a company, im wondering if there is any software out there to do such a thing

A big favourite with corporate entities is the Lotus Notes suite. Their website isn't very easy to navigate and learn all the features, but Wikipedia has a good article on it.

Unfortunately, since you have given no information as to the size of business, software budget or anything else, I cannot say whether Lotus Notes would be overkill, too complex, too expensive, or what.

Microsoft Outlook has a built in calendar, and is built into Office, are you looking for anything more sophisticated than that?

yeah more sophisticated than Microsoft Outlook, i could do it in Microsoft Access but i will try Lotus notes, anything esle u can tell me

Probably, but only if I know more about the type of business it'll be used in, how proficient the people will have to be who will be accessing it, what features you need that aren't covered by Outlook, and how much this company is willing to spend.

It is a car garage and most people will use and it will be networked, i don't know how much they will spend but give it to me anyway, its like a timetable time across the top, employees on the left and little blocks in the middle to tell how much time a e.g. MOT will take
