Ok here is how the prepaid system works (I use it)

1- Buy the card
2- Go home, go to worldofwarcraft.com and go into account managment
3- Scratch off the area on the back of the game card to reveal the code
4- Click add game card in your account settings, and type in the code
5- Play the game

The card lasts for 60 DAYS, does not clock by hours (ex- say you added the card on the first of August, its good until the 1st of Octobor)

And yes, WoW is WAYYYYYYY better than GW.

I played both rather extensively and prefer GW :).But thats not the point.
What he explained above was correct,You also get a free month with WoW,so your first game card with it will equal 3 months :). But i wouldn't hold for WoW for long,it gets rather boring at times and eventually you'll be bored like crazy...and with the new expansion coming out soon, you'll be dishing out alotta cash.I wouldn't throw out your GW account if i were you,you might come back to it..+ WoW goes down quite a bit...so...guildwars as a backup?
