i have thousands of files infected with worm_netsky.c and I can't find how to remove it. I found a link to a symantec page with a remover, but the link doesn't work. Could someone help me out.

Try useing the trend micro system cleaner! If link above does not work copy and past it in your browser!

try download stinger from one of these links. Then boot to safemode (F8 key while booting up) and run a scan with stinger.

Did you run it in safe mode? And follow the directions, it says to close all running processes, even your antivirus! Also try running ewido in safemode www.ewido.net/en/ and then post a hijack this and wait for buzz or byteman to look at it!
