worms armageddon not working on some comps

i have an awsome game called worms armageddon and it works perfectly on older intel computers but whenever i try to instal or play it on my newer computer it either freezes with a black screen or doesn't instal correctly. all the computers i've successfully played it on are older intels but all the ones it doesn't work on are newer AMDs. is this a coinsidence or does it not work on AMDs? is there some way to make it work?

Its not compatible with windows xp is all. Look for a Worms Armageddon xp patch, that should sort it out

Or right click on the game, click on properties, click on the compatibilty box, check off "run this program in compatibilty mode...", and set to windows 98 (or whatever). Should work then
