Worth installing new CPU...

Some of you guys have seen me asking about upgrading a Athlon x4 or Phenom...well I did get a Phenom II x2 555 3.2 BE from a friend for free...should I swap this with my current Athlon II x2 OC'd @ 3.57?

Actually I am editing this...I just confirmed that it was unable to unlock so that makes my question easier...

Does this CPU overclocked make it worth swapping with my Athlon?
 
The passmark of both CPUs is similar and with the OC they would be nearly the same, however, the Phenom will probably oc better, and it isnt hard to upgrade a CPU so i say go for it.
 
Yeah installation is easy of course, I am just hesitant as my system is running fine now, and don't know if I'll see a noticeable boost.

And furyrosewood, I don't believe that it can be unlocked. Unless of course his board failed and mine was able to but I don't know if thats how it works.
