Worth upgrading my video card?

Looking to upgrade a two year old desktop with a new video card; wanna play Starcraft 2 on it at the very most but not sure if these two choices could run it. Right now I can run it on low settings on a laptop with an i3 and integrated graphics.

Want to stay limited to these choices because I have a gift card to use but open to any other suggestions around the same price from newegg or anywhere else:

Best buy is kind of overpriced.. I suggest you get a new cpu as well if the motherboard allows it. What's your max budget, power supply, and case size?
 
My budget is around < $50 right now just for the video card because I just want to have it running for the occasional gaming and just regular use (internet, email, etc.). The power supply's 300W (i think?) and its a slimline so I'm looking for a low profile card.
