Worth upgrading to a 6800GT?

I currently have a 6600GT and i am considering upgrading to a 6800GT.
I want to keep my system good for newer games such as elder scrolls 4: oblivion when they come out.
however, i'm limited to an AGP subsystem and dont want to go spending money on a new system just yet as i'm waiting for socket m2 (or maybe the new intel stuff).
do you think it is worth upgrading to a 256Mb 6800GT from the card i have now?

Yes it would get you a well balanced system. You should try and upgrade to 1GB RAM as well if possible.

well.. at least, 2 6600GT's in SLI are equal to 1 6800GT (thats why i bought 1 6800GT instead of 2 6600GT :P )

well u might regret it because the pci-e is the new thing so u might wanna wait until u have enough money and get a new pci-e mobo and a 6800gt or even a 7800gtx

im waiting for specific technology before i actually switch to pci express... i dont think pci express is all that relevant currently cos i dont see any cards pushing the limits of the interface

we'll the 7800GTX pushes i quite a lot,.. (it isnt as agp available :P )
but.. i dont think upgrading the pc isnt necesairy ;)

ugh, a double negative... so you think i do need to upgrade? lol

i'm waiting for socket m2 to come out first, i think my cpu is strong enough, i just want a better graphics card for now then i'll do a completely new build later
