WIndows 10 Would DDR4 frequency affect CPU temperature?

Assuming everything else is constant, would DDR4 running at 3200 Mhz create more heat, thus higher CPU temperature, than that running at 2133?
 
The ram modules itself won't likely affect the CPU temperature. What you'll find though is that the higher frequencies will run the IMC harder, which could increase your CPU temperatures. Although... scientifically speaking, I don't think I've seen someone test this parameter and put it on a chart to compare.
