I am continually getting adobe crashes when on th Internet.

I have Windows 10, Use Firefox browser and my server is bt.

I spoke to bt and they recomended getting btinfinity which will increase my speed and lose the crash problems.

Is this a way to get more money out of me or will it help.

My current speed as we speak is Download 10.23mbs, Upload 1.13mbps

If Flash Player is crashing, a faster internet connection isn't going to change that.

Make sure you're using the latest version of Flash Player.

In all honesty, I say ditch Firefox and only use it when doing your Cricket stuff. Use Chrome for everything else.

Increasing your internet speed will not impact software crashing. You've got something else going on that causing the problem.

I assume you mean you are getting crashes when trying to open files on the internet with adobe?
I don't see any reason why your internet speed would cause this unless your internet was crazy slow and the connection was timing out or something, which it isn't. Also if there was a underling technical fault with your internet, then making it faster isn't going to fix your problems. It is most almost certainly be a software problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox and adobe.

Thanks Guys,
One of you say ditch Firefox, another is saying re-install Firefox, so confusing.

For now I have reinstalled firefox and uninstaled Flash player.

My question is do I really need flash player - what is it and what does it do for me ?

Thanks

Im using firefox to see the internet and do my cricket stuff. Not uploading woth Adobe ?

Flash Player is a media platform. The biggest example that uses Flash is YouTube.

Easiest way to find out is to just have it uninstalled, use your internet as normal, and see if anything tells you you need it.
