would radiator rust in water

lol right now its in nice cold water, its more quite and i think if the water does get warm it will run fine and when i get back i can always drop an icecube and or snow

it was it cold water and sat there for a while and i still cant my temp lower then 32c i take it out of cold water and put a big fan that isnt used for computer now it is 32.5 lol

if i want to oc to 3.1 does any body know the exact fsb and the voltage to set it to, also last time overclocked i changed the ram timings? do i need to do it if i want to oc
