Return that board. It doesn't support Core 2s period. The P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe does, but the non-SE version does not. The VRM is wrong. Sorry, I should have seen it when you asked earlier.
 
The pc runs now (the one in my sig is what I have running atm :) ) I had 170fps in WoW where i normally has 80 with my 4800+. I mean, damn, huge difference :)
 
Note to self: Premium != Deluxe, must read whole product name :P And who would think a P5N32 SLI Deluxe would have a different chipset than a P5N32 SLI Premium (deluxe is nForce4, Premium is nForce 590).
