Want to do a budget build and would like to get some feed back...

The thing is I only game on the 360 with the kids..This will only be a web TV rig to run my new 37 inch Vizio and play movies....Picked the video card mainly to be able to use the HDMI to HDMI cable that came with the TV...Kinda worried about the PSU in this barebone kit: will it be good for this system....I know I could do what I want to do with something less ,but I wanted to try a dual core...Would like to maybe try Vista but not sure if this set-up could handle it...
