I am asking on behalf of my family who would like to get a basic computer for my brother with the main intention of everyday use and 'Train Simulator 2013'.

No problems with Novatech as far as I know, I've used them once and had great experience with them.

I always buy from Novatech. They have great service - never had a problem (have sent a few things back which were faulty but they replaced the parts for free).

Even if you don't pay for it, you tend to get free next-day delivery, which is nice.
