Would this mobo be able to (possibly) unlock the 4th core on my 720 BE?

Seems like the AM3 version of the Biostar board that can unlock the 4th core (790GX, AM2+, 128m or something like that). Can anyone confirm?

i think as long as it has acc it will work with right bios i know for sure the gigabyte am3 790fx will work with bios 709 i believe but it cost alot more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128377 its worth it
