nope, thats a socket 939 mobo, and a socket 775 proc...if you want a proc that will work with that ull havta get an AMD 64, X2, FX proc

and for 390 bucks you should be able to get a nice X2

For 400 you can get the amd 64 x2 4200+. Thats what I have its amazing.
