Would this router work for me?

I have a decently large house and my router would be set up in the basement and would need to reach several differant spots upstairs, would this router be sufficient?

Its not a very good router. Since you live in a big house and you need internet on a different floor, you would need to do a couple things actually.

Buy 2 routers so that you can connect them together using an ethernet cable to extend the wireless capability or buy a router and a wireless repeater to extend the wireless. You may still have issues with the repeater so if its at all possible to hook 2 routers together with a cable then I would recommend going that route instead.
