WOuld this suffice for running XBox Live + 2 Laptops at the same time?

I need to set up a new Charter account for my in-laws. Charter offers their "Express" Speed of 12 Mbps. Would that speed be sufficient to do basic surfing (Two kids mostly on Facebook) and one kid on Xbox Live all at the same time? Also, would using a wireless N router make any difference, they currently have a B/G router. Thanks. J

That would be more then plenty for that. 802.11n would be a nice upgrade but you won't notice much of a difference if all you do is internet access on the computers.
