Would this work???

I would go with the second choice. It's almost identical to the third choice, except this one is $11 cheaper, and is a different color. However, since your going to be getting an AM2 processor, I would recommend looking into DDR2-800, or at least DDR2-667 RAM.

The third one would be the best choice, obviously. However if your on a budget, I would go with the second one. Deffinetly not the first one.

I would go with the third one, partly because it has the new nForce 550 chipset, and has 3 available PCI slots.

Video Card
I would go with the second one, since it comes stock-overclocked, and is only $1 more expensive. The 6600 is also far superior to the 9550.

Sound Card
I wouldnt go with either of them, since neither of them are that good Your onboard is probably on par with any of them.

I would go with the third one, since it is SATAII, vs the other ATA100. Also, the fourth one has been known to have some problems with the nForce chipset.

Why not the Gigabyte MOBO???
they're no reviews yet, and the MSI one has a 5 egg out of 11 reviews.

Thats not why I chose it (however it is a plus), I chose it because it has the nVidia 5xx chipset, and not the integrated GeForce 6100. The only pluses i see about the Gigabyte motherboard is that it has an extra IDE port, supports RAID 1/5, has one extra PCI slot, and supports 16GB of RAM.

Either the MSI or the Gigabyte would be excellent choices, however I really like the new 5xx chipset, and i've always had great experiences with MSI motherboards, both in stability, overclocking, and features.
