i started downloaded that file at 10.03pm, and when i wake up this morning, i see this

I'm suppose to get 30kbps down.
but most times i'd be getting like 5kbps

probably server overload for that file on mediafire's part. especially if you try other downloads on different servers and it caps your speeds

also, rapidshare only gives me a max of 14kb/s. i used to max it out but not anymore

how long does it take to load a website page????

It may be just the server you are downloading from. a lot of traffic could be on your ISP server or the downloading server.

well i can say its adequate, not that long but sometimes loads a blank page

has to be my ISP cause i used to download at good speeds with my previous ISP
