WOW is Slow

I have 256 Mb stick of ram and world of warcraft runs slow on my comp. I know its not becuase of the graphic's card or internet becuase I have a cable connection and a 128 mb video card. If I upgrade to 1gb of ram will it make my game faster?

128MB video doesnt mean much because those 128MB can be stuck on a crummy video card. Furthermore WoW is slow cuz the servers are overloaded
