Writing up a program for user graphic interface system???

Good evening everyone,

First of all I am new here and would like to say hi to everyone who bothers to visit my thread. Really appreciate it.

I'm currently doing my final year project. I would like to find out how I can go about doing a user graphic interface system where I can communicate via the virtual world to the real world to control functions such as switching on/off lightings, lock or unlock the door, sensing air-con temperature and etc.

Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance ya

hey u gotta have some (good) idea on microcontrollers and embedded systems and some electronics and some idea on programing the microcontrollers and then to burn them. U must use relays in ur circuit ...... what is ur branch nd where u from ...
