I think I have a stick of 128mb and a 256mb stick. Pretty sure its PC133.

You can have the stuff if I can find it. Just paypal me a couple bucks for shipping.

Let me see if I can dig it up. It's in a box somewhere down in the basement. Might be a day or 2 before I can find it and post back here.
