Nonononono, I thought it was the game at first, so I was so mad (since thats my fav. game) I went onto the steam website and everything, followed their steps, and nothing worked. So then, stumped on what to do, I posted here, then I found out it was my comp when I went to go play BF2 since the sound was messed up in that, so I restarted and magically everything worked. What would cause my PC to screw up like that.

but there was a major steam update that restricted all games that use gameinfo.txt's so that mean Counter strike, Day of Defeat etc were all down. They fixed it tho but there was a shizzat load of crying on the Garry's Mod forum like this little 10 year old kid crying to teh maker of Garrys Mod:
