WTH is up with this mobo???

Okay, so I decided to set up a web server out of old parts from my closet!
Now, I've got everything assembled and I found out there's something wrong with it!
When I have the 20 pin power connector hooked up to the mobo, the mobo doesn't get any power, but the HDD and DVD drive still do. When I unplug it about half way, everything gets power. Can someone please help me so I don't have to find another old junker home for my mom to get mad at me over?

Obviously, the connectors are the root of the problem. Might be on the mainboard side or the power supply side. Either way, something has to be replaced unless you're comfortable with a partially connected power supply.

I've figured out it is the mobo, because I've tried 3 power supplies and the same thing happens. I was just wondering if there was anything I could do to fix it. I'll just dig up an old junker computer and pull the mobo/cpu out of it
