X1950XT 'ssues

I know that for the Core voltage it is 1.42V for the 642MHz.

what are the rest of the voltages? I'd like to turn off the throttling of my card and run it at 100% at all times or until I say otherwise.

card is in the sig. its a Sapphire X1950XT, if you need more info on it, let me know.

stock clocks are 625/1800(900 non DDR)

well that you just have to test it out by youtself just like overclocking. try run stress performance test and at the sametime get a read of the voltage. how you read the voltage i have no idea..

ATITool...

and the thing is, I have a defect on my card that doesn't let it clock to it's standard in 3d apps.... so my card is going to waste...

maybe I should give Sapphire a call and RMA it?

well that ofcourse you need to either return it or let them send you a replacement and about your problem i think it is very unneccessary. i mean it is pointless to make it run at 100%. this will only cause the card to overheat. not everything you do requires the card to run at 100% so.. yeah. i had a sapphire x1950pro before and the stock cooler is just noisy.....specially when you turn the PC on. if you make the fan to run at 100% all the time. then the stock fan will just keep running at 100 % which means noisy as hellllll.
well good luck with your card. ati tool is a good tool but unfortunatly it doesn't work on my window vista ultimate. so yeah......

my PC is noisy anyways.... I have two settings:

LOUD!!!!!: All fans on maximum for overclocking and benchmarking, with a little bit of heavy long lasting gaming.

Quiet: for times like now.
