X58 Mb does both SLI/Crossfire?

It depends on the mobo. Most of them do. Except for the one that is branded through Intel.

Asus P6T, eVGA X58, Gigabyte X58's, Rampage II Extreme are all SLi/CF available.

Wow .That is a really good reason to build a I7 system now.Gives you freedom of being able to go with best cost/performance of which ever brand offers the biggest advantage at that time. pretty sweet I think

Yeah I was thinking of going the Asus rampage x48/ Q9550 route but I havent seen any prices drop on those items except the I7 920 chip..LOL.I debuted at $319.99 same price as a q9550 but instead of the Q9550 dropping the 920 dropped in price and is cheaper now.Who'd figured.

I think there is really not a good reason to not get a decent I7 setup considering all the advantages and the current C2Q and 775 socket Mb's not dropping in price like they should.

I wonder if Asus will be coming out with a Striker III Extreme. Well I guess that depends if Nvidia will be making a chipset for LGA1366 or not.
