x64 problem...HELP!

theres a downloading site i use. when u find a file u want to dl, u click this button and the comp dl's php file, which opens a download manager with the specific file in it. with xp x64, i cant use this website to dl anything. and it says something like i need java webstart to work it. i've tried dling webstart, i've also tried to google possible ways to fix this problem. anyone know wut im talking about? anyone have any ideas how i can fix this problem so i can use this downloading site of mine?
