x800xt pe

How does this card compare to a 6800gt. I know they both have 1 ghz mem speeds and they both have 16 pipelines, but the x800xt has a stock 500mhz core clock while the gt only has a 350mhz core clock?

Does anyone have any links to benchmarks of the x800xt, I googled for a while but I couldnt find any comparing the xt to the gt.

would it be better to get an sli board and a 6600gt and when needed get another 6600gt to put into sli or would it be more economical to get a x800pro and flash it to the xt pe?
