XBCD on DOD:Source

Hey, i just decided to connect my old xbcd controller to my pc and try to play dod: source with it. Everything works great except the joysticks, i can seem to make dod: source recognize the second joystick as my movement pad (up, down, left, right - as in walking) the other joystick (top left), works but only up and down and sides, not a 360 motion. Does anyone know how to fix this?

do you have drivers installed for it?

In the windows manger for gamepads in the control panel, use the test thing, and does that regonize it and work properlly with it?

ya.... I guess you guys dont seem to get it. Ill get a xbox 360 controller tomorrow and see if it works, ill update later.

I guess I don't then i was just saying to do that to make sure it actully works (the second joystick)
