ok so i have an emulator and a few xbox games so this inst illegal but i just wanna get some "backups of my games" but my xbox is being loaned out to my brother so long and LEGAL story short does any one know where i can get games in the original .xbe format

Look, emulators are illegal (they violate reverse engineering statues), whether or not you legally own a system. Obtaining ripped copies that others own is also illegal, and discussion of anything illegal violate the forum rules.
