Bro is thinking of getting one and none of my friends has one. For those who own one, is it worth it? Also, have they fixed the overheating problem?
 
If you have a normal xbox and dont think you will be getting any new games than no, it wouldnt be worth it. But if you dont have many other systems and wanna get some of the games for it than ya.
 
This is probably gonna start a huge debate. I have it and I love it. I am selling some of my older games here in case your interested. But if u keep getting some of the good games, they are amazing. Its really great, and the online play is great too.
 
ive had one since launch day and bin sooo disappointed. The games up until now have been pretty rubbish. U can tell its bin a rush job on microsofts behalf. Wait for ps3 i say. Im selling mine if any1 interested. Let me know and ill put it up on ebay :)

I bought one about a week ago and it's cooled down my 360 a lot. It may be loud but it gets the job done. It has 3 40mm fans to keep the 360 cool.(I think they're 40mm)

IMO, yes they are worth it, and it makes it even more worthwhile if you have HDTV.
 
Alright, thanks guys. My bro and I are gonna head into town tomorrow and see if a store has it. I hope I like it... oh well I'm not buying it anyway :D
 
my best friend has one and i play it his house sometimes but its not really that great. i think i might wait and get a ps3. i just heard that ps3's are gonna have linux on em. the 360's not really any better than the regular xbox. the load times are a little faster but thats about it.

Have you payed any attention to the graphics? You'll see more of the 360's power if you play on the highest resolutions. Even the Xbox games I play on the 360 look so much better because AA is on.(you'll need an HDTV to get this stuff)

my friend has an HDTV, its not really all that great, the graphics run smooth an stuff but my cousins xbox looks just about as good to me
 
Well the PS3 is a while a way and rumor has it that it is going to cost an arm and a leg. Thanks for your posts guys.
