xbox live screwed up?

okay so, i havent been playing live for a while because ive been pc gaming and ive ignored all the emails ive gotten from xbox live telling me to change my account info because my dad cancelled the credit card that was being used 2 pay for it, and now i want to play, but when i try 2 sign into xbox live, it says my account has been suspended so i press update profile.

i go 2 a screen with memberships as the first option, but in that screen the little xbox loading thing is there and after a few seconds it brings me back to the dashboard

any help?

i just had the is problem i forgot to change it to my new deb card and it wouldnt let me renew so what i had to do is call xbox and they changed everything for me there and it worked
