Xbox one nat settings

Hi guys, not sure this is the right place for this post.

I am in the UK, and have fibre broadband with BT, it has been working great until this last week (had it for around 7 months) now it has somehow changed my Nat Type to moderate for my xbox one, which is seriously limiting my gaming online with it, i have tried to port forward but its not worked or i have made a mistake.

my Router is a BT home hub 5

Any suggestions to fixing this would be appriciated
 
Cheaked that and its enabled.

In the port forward menu it allows me to set xbox live as a port and assign it to the xbox one but there is no change to the nat settings on my xbox once i reboot
 
Seem to have it sorted at the minute.
I reset my mac address on the console and it seems to have done the trick
