When they reach 3dlabs/Oxygen/Wildcat levels, *then* they'll be a benchmark

Of course all that quality will be a waste on a tv though

XBOX has a nVIDIA GPU why would they change to ATI for the XBOX 2?

Well theres gonna be a competition on our hands....I wonder if XBOX will be the best console (As in system specs) like it is against the Gamecube and PS2?? hmm I reckon maybe so

IIRC the XBox used a GF3 so logically an FX wouldn't be going into the XBox anyway. It would either be a GF4 or a 6 as it makes no sense to put an FX in if you were trying to use the most current technology or just moving to the next generation. I'd say they moved to ATI for their low power consuming GPUs like those used in notebooks
