XFX 4850 issue or Bad Company 2 issue?

Lately, I've been having some issues with computer (see sig) and at first, I thought it was a glitch within the game, but after seeing it happen with others, I'm starting to get a bit suspicious:

Scenario: When I play Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and load into the game, I get sporadic big colorful pixels that flash as well as some odd texture wireframe popping in and out of the environment. I know BC2 has A LOT OF glitches and after reading all the forums on it, it seems that the game is still VERY glitchy.

So I thought, okay, perhaps I'll play some StarCraft II - same situation occurred: weird color pixels flashing and whatnot. But the issues with SCII only happened once - SCII now plays great.

Here's the tricky part:

-My drivers are all up-to-date, including Catalyst 10.9, which came out a few days ago.

-This seems to happen after I disable my secondary monitor (I have my TV connected via HDMI-to-DVI on the secondary DVI adapter on my card: my computer LCD is connected to the PRIMARY adapter and set to primary display. When the pixelating happens, I'll do that and restart my computer. All games work fine, but BC2 still seems to have these issues.

-Even with my TV connected to my computer and enabled, I'll play Guild Wars, or SCII, and the pixelating doesn't occur, but it does in BC2, so I went back to the idea that perhaps it's BC2 that's causing major issues.

-Lately, when I load BC2, the game will start to do its colorful pixel flashing, then freeze, and just go to a black screen, but yesterday, I loaded BC2, the pixelating occured, computer froze, screen turned black, and I got a BSOD with something ATI listed as the error issue. This BSOD has never occurred before.

Is it just me or is BC2 just causing MAJOR MAJOR ISSUES?????

The GPU is faulty. you got it registered with XFX? Start a support ticket, request an RMA. If they ask, you have tried the card in another system, in a system using minimal hardware (one stick of ram, one hdd etc etc) and that it happens in many games.

If you can, provide them with a screenshot of the artifacts, this helped speed up getting my RMA # from them.

I am having similar problems with BC 2 I think
The map randomly like displays over the whole screen and certain parts freeze and then eventually it will go completely black except for the triangles marking people and a few other things
Got a NVIDIA GTS 360M if that matters...
