XFX 4890 locks up

Video Card: XFX 4890
Intel i7 920
Foxxcon Blood rage
Corsair 850 watt PSU

I just built my computer and installed Windows 7 64bit onto it. Now when i start up world of warcraft and try to play the computer locks up on the loading screen. i dont know why this happens.

i installed all the drivers from the ati site

Did you install the 32-bit or 64-bit ones? you are running W7 64-bit, so make sure you are using the correct 64-bit drivers.
 
and just giving some extra information when im at the loading screen the bar gets to the very and and then i cannot move my mouse but the musics keeps on playing.
