yes, i had a 400 and it ran fine, now i got a 480 and it is fine after 3 months of use!

Could we have some specs on the PSU? Some can have pretty low ratings on the 12v rails.

all i know is that i ran mine 24/7 with a logysis $15 400 watt psu for about 2 months, it never went out, only changed and my friend gave me a 480 watt (off brand as well, but hey, it works) and its got cool colored fans. but back to the topic, my 400 watt had 16 amps going to +12 rail, 480's got 17a

The card says its DDR3, and i think the motherboard supports DDR2 memory or something.

IDK im not too experienced, im struggling to build a new system because i don't know much.

Anybody know if the two are compatible or not??

graphics card memory is not related to system memory. don't worry.

That thing's pusing 29A on the 12V rail. While not wonderful, it should be alright.
