hi again... just wondering, is Xigmatek Red Scorpion S1283 CPU Cooler good? its pretty cheap.. so i was just wondering...
i will be OC the CPU....

It seems to do just slightly better than the stock heatsinks. its better than the stock, if i were you, I would just sabe your money and get a better one down the road.

The AMD mounting system has been the same throughout 939/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+ so it should be compatible. It's a simple latch and clip.

yes, if it will work with a AM2/939 socket, it will work all the way up. They are the same socket with some extra pins in the socket utilized. The sockets (size wise) and cooler mounting is the same across the 939/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+.
