I wanna putt together a nice new build for xmas. I was hoping you guys could help me out. Something in about the $800 dollar range sounds good. Less is always better 
I have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I also don't need an OS. The things I need are listed bellow. Let me know if you think I need anything else.

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q66?
CPU Fan - ZALMAN 9500? The CPU comes with a heathsink i assume. Will that be enough?
Case
Video card - nothing to fancy. I don't play that many PC games.
PSU
Ram - Maybe 2GBs?
HDD - Only need one
DL DVD Burner
