XMS2 DHX Heatsink pinched at top.

I ordered 4 - 1GB sticks of corsair xms2 with the DHX heatsinks. I noticed on one of them that the heatsinks are much closer together than on the other 3. Is this something that I could just bend them back? I'll take a picture so you all can see, but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue. Thanks.

If the heatsinks are still in contact with all the RAM chips I wouldn't do anything to it. If it's bent and not touching one or more of the chips then I would suggest RMAing.

It looks like the heatsinks are still in contact with the chips.

I'm sorry for the bad pictures, I just could not get my macro mode to focus right. Anywhere here are the pictures.

This one shows the whole heatsink orientation. Left is good, right is pinched.

Here is the mounting side of the pinched one.

And here is a picture of the case just cause I had a camera in my hand.

I don't think that's a serious enough problem to warrant doing anything with. Functionally, the heatsinks look like they will still work as intended.
