xp 2800+ fsb problem

ok , i just want to get my cpu back runing at 2.1ghz , i screwed it up and now the processor is runing at 1.2 ghz at 100mhz fsb 12.5x , and i think it might have somthing to do with my ram cause i took it out to see what brand it was , then when i put it back in everything got jacked up , first it reconized the pc3200 as pc1600 , but then i took it out and put it in a different slot then it said it was pc2600. also i got this program called everest and it says the processor is a athlon xp-m or sumthin instead of 2800+ , and i have a oem mobo so in bios i cant change the multi or fsb, and cpufsb doesnt support my pll, i think im screwed help pleaze

If you can, pop the Heatsink off the chip and read the OPN code (or just all the codes on that chip), should be something like AXDA2800DLV4D ... regardless the chip should be set as 166x13.5
